Steel plates near Indy?

Are there any public ranges that have steel plate racks for shooters to use near the Indy area?

No, not really any near indy.

Or, 'public ranges' meaning: a pay range, not a private club?
I don't really think there are any that have steel near indy.

Not "public", but MCFG has several permanently mounted steel plates both on the main range and in the pistol bays. They also have a plate rack and the dreaded Texas Stars, but you'll likely have to attend a FNS to have a go at those. FNS is open to non-members as well.
