Dan Wesson for sure. Better finish and better triggers. I have a Guardian in 45 acp and it is the closest thing to a semi custom gun you can get. I have a Wilson CQB and the DW is the closest thing you can get with spending 3k.

I have 2 sti's a 9mm sentry, and a 40 edge and love them. I've handled a few DW. The fit and finish seems to be a bit nicer. I'd like to think DW doesn't use mim parts but can't swear to it. My next 1911 will be a DW full size 45. Can't hurt to have several 1911's lol
