Ok so I could be completely wrong but I don't think you want to go with a lever action. As far as I know they are all tube fed. You would have to take the suppressor off every time you needed to reload it?

Henry makes a new 22 lever that has a shorter tube and threaded barrel specifically for suppressors.

    Well, it's not a .22, but here's a lever action, SBR'd, with a suppressor

Savage or a ruger would be your best bet. I've owned both and can say both are excellent. A while back I had to give one up, downsizing, and kept the ruger. My opinion is that it felt and handled better to me, but to others the savage is better. I would also stick with a bolt action, although I love the lever actions, the bolt action is easy to clear if there is a malfunction and can be cleaned much easier.

I say the RAR . That is what I got. With cci quiet, you cannot hear anything!! Shares 10/22 mags is what made me decide. Not the best for target shooting. You can get a new trigger, but cannot replace the barrel.

I went with the Ruger American Rimfire. 18" threaded barrel. Black synthetic stock. I didn't want to spend much on this type of gun and I was able to find one new online for $286.99 including shipping.
