Suggestions for pole barn suppliers/builders

I am looking to build a pole barn this spring. I have checked around a bit on the internet and have had contact with some National builders but WOW, they seem pretty high to me.
Im looking at about a 32x72. I l paln to use about half for a living space. Nothin fancy, I plan to finish the inside myself.
Also, any tips from guys that have been down this raod appreciated.

I have been in the lumber & building supply business all of my life and know several companies in the metal building business. It would help to know your location, something more specific than "West".

Check with your local farm co-op. I bought one several years ago for our FOP camp. It was a complete kit. From nuts and bolts to the roof. Doors and sheet metal dropped where you needed it. Fraction of the cost.

Try the amish. Way cheaper than a building company.

I used Eicher Construction to build a 32X60 and was very satisfied with the price and quality.

They are Amish, one of the phone numbers is for their English driver and the others are voice mails.
