Suppressor adapters

A friend of mine bought an old AWC suppressor for a Mac11 9mm that he thought would work on a Mac11 .380. He has more in the transfer than the suppressor itself. He is not very computer literate and my google fu seems weak in my searches. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks
