    Don't consent then.

How many times do we see this . . . people talking themselves into trouble.
But Kirk they tried to stand their ground. But when faced with 2 social service workers threatening to take your 5 children and they have 6 Deputies as back up it would be very very intimidating. Most people believe that if Social Services show up they can take your kids at will and you have to hire a lawyer after the fact.

I am not saying that their argument for coercion was not without merit.

Keep in mind you have to make it VERY clear that you do not consent, orally, not physically.

Consent, like jurisdiction, is an out that a court will always seek.

By "consenting" they avoided another Waco but on a smaller scale. Still flies in the face of what this country was founded on.

It will be very interesting when the Home School Legal Defense gets in on this, they are a pretty good group.

They found absolutely nothing but hide the identities of the real anonymous perps to keep the perps from getting their ignorant arses sued off. Maybe they should investigate the tipster. Kids seem to be some kind of circus pawn that get put in the middle of some clowns game.
