War on U.S. homeschoolers escalates

Supreme court refuses to hear argument on Arizona case from Maricoppa county, where child welfare workers recieving an anonymous tip a couple months beforehand, decide that they MUST enter someone's home and perform a search. When refused, they had deputies threaten to arrest the parents and have the children seized.

But Kirk they tried to stand their ground. But when faced with 2 social service workers threatening to take your 5 children and they have 6 Deputies as back up it would be very very intimidating. Most people believe that if Social Services show up they can take your kids at will and you have to hire a lawyer after the fact.

I am not saying that their argument for coercion was not without merit.

Keep in mind you have to make it VERY clear that you do not consent, orally, not physically.

Consent, like jurisdiction, is an out that a court will always seek.
