    This stuff:
Amazon.com: DuPont Teflon Non-Stick Dry-Film Lubricant Aerosol Spray, 10 Oz.: Sports & Outdoors

    Why do I like it?

    1) NO OILY RESIDUE! That means no fuzz/dirt attraction.
    2) The stuff is slick as snot.
    3) A little goes a long way.
    4) Easy to apply-- though I have the small non-spray bottle (you can apply individual drops).

When I did the $0.25 trigger job on my G22, I put a little of this on the slide rails and trigger safety plunger and such with a q-tip.

    BUTTAH! G22 is smoooooth now.
