How do you get in one and out of one? (1 point of entry/escape is not enough, for obvious reasons.)

As I remember there is underfloor storage plus shelving here and there throughout. There is only one way in but they have an emergency escape hatch in the back. I think you can get them with an air filtration system also. I will try to find his web site.
