Taurus customer service?

I just got off of hold with Taurus customer service, well actually I was on hold for 43 min before my cell lost signal.

When I was first put on hold the voice said I was no.14 and shortly before I lost contact I was no. 5 , so I'm guessing they have one person taking calls.

Anyhow not here to rant, but looking for suggestions on how to get a rear sight blade for my model 94.

I have already tried numrich arms and they are out of stock.

E-mail contact or online parts order?

I haven't called them but I had an issue with a broken safety and my LGS just sent it in to Taurus with a note explaining the problem. They fixed the safety, polished some parts, fixed something on the mag and did a few other things for no charge. It took a loooong time but they fixed it with no questions asked and for no charge other than the couple of bucks my LGS charged for handling the paperwork.

I sent a pistol with broken firing pin to Taurus. They had my gun for 5 weeks, but when it came back it worked fine. Note: I asked them to send me a firing pin and I could install myself, but they would not do that. Said gun had to be sent to them.
