Yes, this is for all the Tennesseans on the forum; let's hear a little about you. I'll evey go first:

Grew up in the Madison/Goodlettsville area, going to Goodlettsville High School. Went to MTSU for 3 years, away to the Army for 3 more, then to Knoxville & UT for 3, before moving up here.

While I've lived here for 33 years (more than 1/2 my life), but I'm NOT a Hoosier nor a yankee (& never will be).

And, my 2 favorite songs are "Rocky Top" and "Dixie".

Born in Lebanon but lived in Murfreesboro for a few years. Grew up primarily in North Florida but always travel home.

I lived in the Chattanooga area for several years. Now my daughter is down there in college in Cleveland.

I love Tennessee. I have a lot good memories and some I am still running from ;-)

Born and raised in east Tennessee just a little outside Maryville. I've thought about going home many, many times, but then I realized that this is home now. I'll always miss it down there, but everything and everyone I love is here.

in reality, any place (in the south) that you can see the mountains is a pretty good place.....
