Kirk Freeman
Grandmaster
I had two pistols which I found at a recent Indy 1500 gun show for a very fair price, a Colt in .22WRF (circa 1902) and a Smith & Wesson pre-M17 (1946), de-gunkified/DCI'd (Disassembled, Cleaned and Inspected) by the able hands of Gunsmith Bob at Coal Creek Armory in Knoxville, Tennessee.
Thanks, Bob!

Here they are post cleaning on one of my gun tables.
I shot the Smith today to test fire it (12 rounds) and after further research and discussion this will be the last time I shoot it. The Colt went directly into the safe after a through wipedown with a Barricade.
It is a happy day, it is a sad day.
Thanks, Bob!
