The safety wouldn't ever get put on mine. The possibility of a nicer trigger (I'm guessing because of simplicity?) is obviously a plus. How hard is it to take the regular trigger system apart and get it back together? I've heard the Omega is much easier.

That I can't answer. I'm unfortunately not mechanically inclined...

Meh. After they are cajunized, I don't think you'll be able to tell the difference. Box stock you will, maybe depending on how sensitive your trigger finger is. If you aren't ever going to put the safety on, then all it becomes is a extra feature when you go to sell it down the road...
