    So what is the difference between a P-07 duty and the newer P-07? People say to get the new ones but the duty model seems more desirable to me since you don't have to use the special mags.
    The Duty has the standard 75 series trigger system, no interchangeable back straps. The Gen 2 has the Omega trigger system and interchangeable back straps. Those are the main differences. I had no troubles using Mec Gar 17 Rd 75B mags in my Gen 2, factory CZ mags for a 75 would not work though.

    Ahh, the Omega. I need to try one of those out. If the Mec-Gar mags will work with the Gen. 2 I don't see any downside, except for it being plastic and having no soul.
