    Last year at 3/14/15 9:26:54 was as close as we get in any century. But that's only IF you use our traditional mm/dd/yy vs something like the ISO YYMMDD that I've used for myself for 30 years, and the 12 hour clock with no leading zero.

    I generally use 3.14159 as pi in calculations, which for most applications is enough significant digits. But for some calculations, it is permissible to round it up to 3.1416, which is the same as today's date.
