Have you done that before? Some recommend removing the wipers and the entire cowl assembly. Others say you can reach them ok just by removing the air box and duct from the throttle body.

Went through that myself about 18 months ago. The first few weeks are the worst but after that it gets a lot better as long as you keep them in as much as possible.

You may be able to pull the alterator or power steering pump to get access.
