Just popping in before I crash. My sister is at the hospital tonight. I am going back in the daytime tomorrow so she can have a break since she is doing tomorrow night so I can take the neighbor lady to her appointment Friday morning.

Rehab ended up denying admission as they are not on the preferred provider list for Dad's insurance. Doctor is to appeal, and we left a very detailed message with info he is not aware of regarding dad and things he has been doing at night when he and the nurses are not around...the crazy stuff that demonstrates the need for acute care. The denial was based on the fact that they think he is doing great in the "swing bed" setting and no longer needs acute care.

Yes it is, CM. Yes it is...I have a migraine from hell and think I have finally unwound enough to consider a shower and bed. I'll update when I know something more, but keep praying!
