He said everyone he has asked about what to expect has told him that they don't seem to get too concerned unless they think you are a refugee. I told him to give them my number and have them call me if they need me to confirm he is not...or I could send him a note since a note from Mom should suffice. He said he would let me know if he needed one.

They said they will refund it and if it gets there anyway I can just keep it.

They also said it might have to do with the fact that they can't ship lithium batteries internationally.
But yet they did since the package at least got to Paris.It's just weird.
