    Some would say...

I.E. a MSM reporter says something like this..."You say you need a 30 round clip bullet thingy but some would say"... and then tell you what her friends she hangs with on the upper west side of Manhattan think of your 30 round magazine....

    I'll find an example....

Hands down, it's the phrase "common sense". It's a cheap debate tactic that implies if you don't agree with whatever "common-sense" point a person is trying to make, you must not have any.

I'll argue that there is no such thing anyway, as being "common" implies that it's something everyone is born with.

I knew an African-American. She immigrated from South Africa. She has blonde hair and blue eyes.

The father of one of my daughter's good friends, who is from Johannesburg, doesn't care for the term as it's used here. Anything "<fill in the blank>-American" implies a dual citizenship.

    :TANGENT ALERT:

My old roommate years ago had a Fraternity brother from South Africa that tried to join the African American Union at his school and was denied because he appeared Caucasian.

    ^^^ Classic double standard

I can't stand the term 'African American'. What's wrong with 'Black', after all I am 'White', rather than Italian-American. Hell I even call myself a Diego WHOP bastard because I think it's funny. :D

    See also:
    'Gun Violence'
    'Common Sense Gun Laws'
'Socialists calling themselves Liberal' (the root word is 'Liber' - Latin for Liberty)

There are definetly more but I would prefer not to develop an aneurysm.

Seriously, 'shared responsibility' as in the ObamaCare-mandated payment for non-participation (you know, the tax that isn't a tax except when it's a tax).

I ****ing hate it when people say I am "vertically challenged". I'm short and I can deal with that.

OK Snap, are you also round? If so, do you have blocks on the pedals in your Auburn speedster so that you can reach them during your great escape from the bad guys?
