So a news report by the Blame America First NY Times highlighting the expert analysis of administration shills and the guys that said there were WMDs in Iraq before they couldn't find them is to be given how much credibility?

Actually, he was parroting Grand Ayatollah Khomeini who said he wanted Israel to vanish from the arena of time. I'm pretty sure that wiped from the map and vanish from time are about the same thing.

The fact that Iran finances Hezbollah and Hamas, the two major terror organizations striking at Israel on a regular basis, is another good reason to believe the Iranian government when they say they want to wipe out Israel.

The actual quote is, “This occupation regime over Jerusalem must vanish from the arena of time.”

It is not pretty much the same thing.

I certainly don't think Iran is a threat or our enemy. I think they're a bunch of benign folks who wouldn't hate us if we didn't do so much bad stuff to them. Also, they don't want to attack Israel.

I just hate foreign people and I want perpetual war.

People love America, not the Federal Government. It's important to not confuse the two, especially when you start talking about sending people to war.

Of course, there are plenty of Nationalists and Statists ........more than willing to do whatever the government tells them.
