Thanks guys. When I get firearms, I don't want them to only be safe queens. And it looks like everything I could think of added on a pistol that I could want. Figured easy to get it right from the start.

I have carried my M11-a1. It is basically the P229 w/o a rail.
I have that as well, but on mine the DA is pretty heavy, so I'd want it to go to the shop before I'd feel comfortable with it. I still have a P228 with crimson trace grips. That trigger is almost as nice as a 1911. That's what I will carry after my LTCH. Already have a sweet Galco summer comfort holster for them both.

Most all Sigs are 10 lbs on the DA pull and 5 lbs SA.
I agree, although, my P228 feels closer to 7 on DA, and smooth. The M11A1 feels like 12 and not nearly as fun. Still pretty smooth and consistent, but heavy. I haven't actually tested with weight measurement. Heck, even my MK25 bought around the same time feels like an amazing trigger. I know I'd heard comments about the SRT feeling heavier than should be, which might explain. My M11-a1 SA pull feels great, and love the short reset, but still not a fan of its DA. And my M11-a1 is the only one with that trigger.

Dug out an old digital camera of mine to see if I can get a better pic of my Legion. Yes and no. Wish my cell phone camera was better.

You look at CDNN and EVERY 226 is a .40. Amazing. It would appear Sig only sold 226's in 40 if you didn't know different. No department trade-in 9mm 226's?

The department 9mm's are gone. CDNN had a small lot of 9mm P226's about tbis time last year. They didn't last long at $550
