To All,

For what it is worth Ricks plan went well.

The exchange was good and all was smooth until Dawn pushed things and Beth struck the first blow.

I like Beth but she was the one who caused her own death and that of Dawns. If she would have let Rick continue to negotiate it may not have led to a good conclusion but it wouldn't have necessarily ended with her death.

It was really good of the other woman cop to step up real fast and declare a ceasefire before a big one started!

I disagree.
I think Dawn HAS to push. No matter what you agree to, she HAS to push further, to show she is in control.
And I think Beth recognized that.
I think she came to that conclusion, and resigned herself to die for the group.

I thought the episode was good, hat having to wait til February for the next part though. I was just a tad disappointed that Rock never said, while he was talking to the cops "There's a new Sheriff in town!"

He he had several perfect opportunities for that saying, but didn't take them.

Her mother was zeddified in the zombie apocalypse. She kept her in the barn. Her brother died when the herd over-ran the farm. I think he was driving Dale's RV at the time. Herschel, well, we all know what the Governor did to him. Now, Beth got magicly lobotomized by Dawn when Beth stabbed her.

Was Owen (Shane's zombie distraction on the medication run for Carl's anesthesia) related to her, or just a friend of the family?
