Chicago police raided an innocent family, held toddlers at gunpoint, called them mother******s, and killed their family dog. Then the department refused to allow them to file a complaint.

This is how we keep society safe from addiction and immorality.

Raid Of The Day: "This is what happens when your grandma sells crack."
Chicago police terrorized six children in the wrong apartment, demanding at gunpoint that an 11-month-old show his hands, and telling one child, "This is what happens when your grandma sells crack," the family claims in court.

"Defendant Officers John Doe 1-8 burst through the door to the first floor apartment dressed in army fatigues and pointing guns at Charlene and the children. The officers yelled at Charlene and the children to 'Get on the ground!' The officers referred to Charlene and the children as 'm---f---ers' numerous times . . .

The family claims that "the following day Charlene discovered the family dog, Samson, not in the basement where the family kept him, but in an upstairs laundry room. Samson could not have reached the laundry room without human assistance. On information and belief, defendant
Officers dragged and choked Samson from the basement with the dog pole and left him in the upstairs laundry room unattended, where he died."

Samuel Holly also went to the police station the day after the warrantless search to complain, but "despite his numerous calls the night before, was told that he could not make a complaint and he 'should have made a complaint last night," the family says.

SO Officers don't get named, but a civilian doing such a thing no matter how many of them did it would all be named for public scrutiny. Nice...

The City of Chicago has a long history of following the utmost standards of professional conduct in all matters.

I'm sure this is a total fabrication by the evil-empire that is the NRA designed to continue to fan the flames of their gun-crazed members.

Everyone knows that Chicago is a perfectly safe place to live and work. The police are there to protect the citizens and they could not possibly have done this.

I'm sure it was all staged...

Worthless piece of trash officers will probably get off too. They should be hung up near the bean and grandma can spit on them. I would say that if the officers have a pet then they should be killed right there in front of them. But they didn't do anything. The family should get to take their pet of their choice.

I wonder why this never hit the TV or radio networks. This appears to be a pertinent story that the Chicago area citizens should be aware of.

Oh, we all know why it didn't hit the news. Besides, if the media reported on every corrupt cop event in Chicago they'd have no time for any other news, or sports, or weather...

I want every "officer" who commits an atrocity like this to be charged the same as a civilian would for the same crime. Breaking and entering, assault with a deadly weapon, attempted murder, use of a machine gun in the commission of a crime, etc. see how well officer thug handles prison.
