Secret world? Did you know that militias live in a secret world and operate much the same as secret societies? What's worse is that, according to "Time" all of us Gun Owners are terrorist threats. BIG

Apparently the Huffington Post and TIME have never studied the history behind the Second Amendment... Or the Country for that matter.

Exactly. I've been keeping an eye on this very thing for this very reason. It's not getting bad yet, but these two articles touched a nerve.

It's not just the left that thinks the same thing about militias. There are many members on this very board that think the same things these articles put out. What's worse is they are starting to ramp up on the rhetoric and right before the elections too. I think this could just be one in a long line of articles designed to portray the right as a bunch of loons and a statement of "Hey, look what you have to look forward to if you vote L or R!"....

I like how it insinuated if you are Christian and support the 2A, then you are automatically a violent radical who wants to destroy the government. And see, that's the problem right there. Anyone who opposes someone and does it strenuously becomes a terrorist. Like with gun owners. Those Socialists who speak about violence against us to force socialism on us would be considered terrorists to some.

I'm trying to find the video clip of the interview of the guy at the "One Nation" Rally on 10/2 that was talking about just that. If I find it I'll post it.

It could work both ways also. If someone brought attention to the D's that the NRA is endorsing, they might start a feeding frenzy on their own.

I read the article as soon as I heard of it .those guys dont train to badly .i see nothing wrong with what these groups do.Most all the people involved are very law abiding but are just slowly angered over Washingtons commie agenda and have drawn a line in the sand, I know when that line is crossed .

Ok, I give up. I can't find the video anywhere and there's no sense emailing Glenn Beck for a link to the video as his people would never respond anyway.

If you watch Glenn Beck you might remember the video clip I'm talking about.

The video was of some white guy in either a white or gray shirt that was standing with a tree and light pole in the background at the 10/2 rally and talking about how Socialists needed to rise up and start spilling blood in the streets. That violence was inevitable and to prepare for it.

The problem is all the media wants to talk about is Conservatives that want violence. They never talk about the left that advocates that and so much more.
