What is the amount of time allowed to submit a Form 1 after it has been signed by the CLEO?

I believe it is one year for the signature and the photos.

I only know because I have a signed, dated and ready to be mailed form 1 that's been sitting on the bench for 6 months. I'm ashamed.

One year is correct. It's in the instruction sheet that accompanies the Form 1. Same for pics and prints. Shelf life of one year.

I submitted one last year that was 11 months and 2 weeks old. Talk about indecisive.
