Tokarev M70A IWB Holster

Tokarev M70A IWB Holster, Will this work?

I purchased a Tokarev M70A and am looking for a hybrid IWB holster. This gun is essentially a Tokarev M57 chambered in 9mm and has a factory slide mounted safety. I'm not having much luck finding options and wondered if this holster would work?

It is for a Tokarev TT but I believe the only differences are the grip being longer on the M70A and the safety location. Neither of these appear to make a difference but I'm a holster noob.

Any input? Is there any size difference between the TT vs M57?

The M57 just has a longer grip to accommodate the slightly longer magazine (9 rnds vs 8 rounds on the TT). Otherwise, my amateur understanding is that they're the same dimensions with only minor differences on things like safeties (or lack thereof).

No idea on what holster to use for CC though. The Tokarevs are supposed to be a rip-off of the Colt model 1905, though I'm not sure how much help that is...
