Is the purpose of "internal revenues" to "cover the cost" of the central state, or is it to engineer a society?

If the government can just print off all the money it wants/needs, then why do we still pay taxes? They don't need OUR money.

The collection of taxes as a form of wealth generation took effect on February 3, 1913 and has continued to control the population ever since.

No reason to believe this analysis isn't fair and on the up-n-up. I haven't reviewed the 'fix'.

This isn't surprising to me.
A Democrat Administration is in charge, and Democrats have a history of categorizing and segregating people by race in one form or other going back to at least Andrew Jackson.
