considering that in the video, she almost hit a number of officers BEFORE she tried to flee and the officers didn't fire... at least not until she almost ran at least one of them down.. Justified shooting... as for WHY she was running? I have no clue.. ain't seen footage of that yet...

They didn't shoot her when she was posing a threat with her car... they missed that chance. They ran after her on foot while she was already fleeing and shot her in the back. She was not a threat to them when they pulled the trigger

It is more likely especially if you have just immediately endangered lives, then, yes, good shoot.

Coming from a non-prosecutor type barrister, I would tend to listen!

No friend of the government, but you cannot think that deadly force was unreasonable in that fact pattern.

I do not foresee this litigation surviving Summary Judgment.

I saw the early part of a video of her trying to leave and almost running over people. So that was started because of "threw a bicycle rack at the vehicle" when she was making a U turn to get back out of making a wrong turn??? Can't wait for the security video on this one.
