I talked to representative for Senator Coats today, they should heave been on the list. I was reassured that they want nothing to do with the UN's gun control plans.

Do you think Coats has learned his lesson about voting against the 2A?

Yes the NRA did it all. No one here even knew it was going on.

NRA did it all in Heller v. DC. Gura had nothing to do with it.

NRA did it all in McDonald v. Chicago. Gura had nothing to do with it.
NRA did it all in Arizona when they used member money to back incumbent senator Harry Ried over a pro 2A republican.

NRA did it alll in DC getting the only FFL gun shop a place to opperate from. Oh! They havn't taken credit for that one yet? Chris Cox probably hasn't herd about it yet.

Sorry folks endorsing Harry Ried was the tipping point for me.

BTW I never even saw that Gura was the lead on those cases reading all of the stories in First Freedom and American Rifleman.

Not true, I have known about this worthless attempt at a treaty since its introduction to the UN general asy in 2006-I get mails from the NRA about stuff like this. I have been following it as closely as possible...but life gets in the way. And yes, the NRA-mainly Wayne Lapierre did have a huge part in it. But never forget the millions of people that took the time to harass their senators or threaten to vote them out (like me) :D

Just another reason NRA earned my "Lifetime Member" support as well as additional annual contributions!

I got a message for our esteemed Republican Senators, unforunatly I cant post it here, it would result in me getting banned.

But I will convey my disappointment to the Senators at their general lack of appreciation of our rights.
