US Honor Flag disrespect by LT sheriff

This whole story is crazy. For those that don't know, The US Honor Flag is used at fallen servants in the police, fire, military. http://www.ushonorflag.org/Website
I follow them on FB and this storey came up today. The LT sheriff refused to escort the flag through the county and at one point held the driver at GUN POINT. The LT of Douglasis County CO. needs to have have his head examined. Hope this get national attention!

Douglas County Sheriffs office. After over 5 million miles of travel, deputy's and one LT refused to acknowledge a national treasure. "Denver leaders and the U.S. Honor Flag have no influence here" said the LT. Regardless the fact the U.S. Honor Flag was being transported to yet another LODD. He simply didn't care that the comfort the U.S. Honor Flag gives. " this is Douglas County". Sad to learn this yesterday. Just sad. More to come on this. Stay tuned.
