Utility Tractor

I'm purchasing some land and I need a tractor. I'm looking for something around 30-40hp. Must be 4wd and diesel. Would love to buy a package deal with Loader, backhoe, brush hog, box blade, mower and trailer. Shuttle-shift and HST a huge plus.

I'd really like to stick below $15k if possible but please no Chinese crap.

Tell me what you've got; it doesn't have to be exact. My land is in Cloverdale, IN.
