Given Chavez's dictatorial approach to government, this comes as no surprise. Further found in the 'no surprise' column is that the existing requirement for all gun owners to have a permit makes a nice, neat trick-or-treat list to use as soon as the amnesty is over. Likewise, I am concerned that LTCH holders will be first round draft picks when the time comes here.
