Didn't we see the video of the event posted on ingo a while back? It was indeed ugly. How will a 15k award affect the offending officer personally? I am not sure that I would be satisfied with that outcome...... Maybe if the money was coming from the officers own insurance policy.

yeah, the officer should have a serious reprimand coming for pointing a loaded weapon at an innocent civilian's chest.
