Thats a mighty small belt for such a big heavy 1911

And, she's not got the Serpa belt slot spacers installed/adjusted, so the first 1/2 of draw is going to be used to bring the holster high enough to cause tension so the pistol can be cleared.

It isn't pajama bottoms. I'd say that is well dressed. Just one problem--if she had to engage a target she would be in trouble. Hammer is down, she isn't locked and cocked, in other words, with 2 seconds to respond, she's dead.

    Good observation but.

She is probably armed like most other shoppers at Walmart in Alaska. They have bear trouble on the way to the parking lot there, so life is a little different. But more power to her.

I was temporarily stationed at fort Richardson for a summer. A lot of people were packing heat in those days. There was a big moose problem that trip, and those things can stop u hard. Most carried a 45 or 44.

I was going to guess Arizona, given the Kern's Guava Nectar in her cart. Kern's is based in California and sells mostly in the western states.

    Thanks for the info.

:yesway: I like the photo. Folks in my area would freak out if they saw her carrying. If I could only convince my wife to do the same!
