Went shopping with a friend to help her find a new handgun. She ended up getting a Ruger SR40 at Fields Outdoor in Rushville. Nice gun.

nice! it always great to go to a gun shop whether you are helping someone buy, purchase for yourself or just browse. well done helping a friend get what she needed. you taking her to the range next to help learn how to shoot it?

That's next on the list of things to do. She's shot her .380 before, but she still wants me to help her get the feel for this gun.
I'm getting a membership to Old Trails Gun Club in Richmond this week. After I get that all settled, I'll take her there and hit the range.
