    1. What constitutes a "gun" in California? Could that definition simply include "parts" that have no SN?
    2. What the pictures show, doesn't seem to me to be a "sizeable weapons cache".
    3. I haven't seen any pictures of the gentleman in any of the reports I've read.
    4. The "weapons factory" looks more like someone's hobby bench in their Martinsville basement.
    5. "Police said there was no indication that no indication that Ray Allen Henson was planning an attack."

    Pro tip: If you're going to have a "weapons factory" in your home and want it to go undetected, test fire your product elsewhere.
    To be fair, maybe he thought the other people living in the apartment building were at work.
    He might have assumed nobody would be around to hear the 15-20 rounds fired.
    I mean, it's not like he's running a Taurus, Colt or Smith & Wesson factory there.
