    What am I missing? That PSA bolt looks OK to me. It's staked a little light but as long as the screws don't back out it should be fine. I've seen more over torqued broken gas key screws than ones that have backed out.

    Which one are you looking at? The one in the original link is not the same as the one in the pictures I posted above. The pictures I posted are not mine, they are from one of the guys that participated in that thread. He removed them from his photo server so they don't show up in the live web page. I got them from the archive I saved several years ago. The staking in that one isn't too bad.

    The one in the live thread looks like it was staked with a screwdriver and mallet.
