It won't be for a long while yet. "O" has had a setback in his plans due to the citizenry NOT falling into line with his laundry list of planned changes. With his current popularity falling quickly, he may still try to jam through whatever legislation he needs to support this, but I, personally, don't see it coming to fruition.

On second thought, we ARE bordering on this with the "I pledge allegiance to 'O'" stuff that is going on, but getting young children to follow you is a far cry from having adult citizens become a security force equal to the military.

I haven't tried to do any formal research but IMO , things seem to be getting worse . Not because of the average street criminal , because of the DC kind .

What duties would such an organization have , the same kind hitler's had ?

He's already started it in a manner of speaking. Giving big support for labor unions has enabled him to use the AFL-CIO and SEIU as thugs outside town hall meetings. This is exactly the same situation as Hitler's SA in his early days. He'd show up to make a speech and the brown shirts would bully and assault anyone who wanted to voice disagreement. The Big Zero has stated that he wants a civilian security force as large and as well armed as the military. What for? We already have a military and any civilian force would be government controlled. We don't need such a force. He does. He would use it to take control of the country. He would create a crisis, just like the Nazis did, and use it to act outside his authority. He is setting himself up to be a socialist dictator. The main problem that he has is that he is surrounded by jackals that will undermine him to their own ends the first chance they get. Have you noticed how more angry and unbalanced Hillary has become? She was pretty pretty radical before, but she's really been losing it lately. Would you trust Rahm Emanuel, Barney Frank, John Kerry or Joe Biden at your six o'clock?

But I'm scared to death that I'm wrong. I'm scared to be like Europe. I could never live as a slave. I'm much to outspoken and rebellious for that jazz. I have no affiliation In not a REP or a DEM. I believe they both have good points and bad. But I believe my constitution is the LAW OF THE LAND and as such I believe no other law goes before it or can circumnavigate it. I am willing to die for this belief if ever need be. I know there are laws that disregard or break the constitution. But I refuse to recognize these as they are Illegal and the writers and judges who made the possible should be prosecuted for treason.
I believe in the people of this country and I believe we CAN change this nation and restore her honor and glory.

LOL, but I disagree. Mr. Obama has been mostly honest about the socialist policies he is attempting to force upon us all. He never said that he wasn't a socialist ( as far as I know). He also candidly admits to wanting to pass a federal law making concealed carry illegal therby nullifying any state permits. He is very destructive, but has been pretty honest about it. I would never support him on any policy that he has yet done or has said he plans to do, but he has been honest about foolish plans.

They don't trust LEO because they are members of the COMMUNITY. They can't be reliably called upon to kill neighbors, friends and family under orders. Hence the need for an army of Obamabots that are fed by his handouts. Disaffected folks that feel they are now on the outside looking in. They will have no problem following the chosen ones orders, whatever they may be.
