Just got finished loading up 250 rounds of copper plated 230 grain RN .45s. Yesterday I finished up 200 30-06 M1 rounds that I had been "working" on for a few weeks now. I'm happy to have those reloading trays and bench space available again!

Shot some of my light load (4.6gr Unique over 115gr PLRN) "subcompact plinkers" yesterday. From a bench I was able to stay on paper with my Shield, even with my weak hand. :rockwoot:

Not today but over the weekend about 300 rounds of .40
    Mixed brass
    7.5 grains HS6
180 grain Powerbond copper plated flat nose.
    Federal small pistol primer.
Actually didn't go shoot them all like i usually end up doing. I am trying to have some type of stock pile and will end up with about 750 rounds after this box of bullets is done.

I have an old Enfield that keyholes. It is very accurate cutting nice even X shaped groups with any slug used all the way out to 100 yds.

I finally decided what to do about the problem.

I spent the day working up round ball loads. I want to see one of those babies keyhole!

Anybody have any idea how many FPS you get out of a 45gn roundball and 5 gns of Unique?:dunno:

Over the 4th we shot off about 500 pistol rounds and at least 200 shotgun shells.

I was able to shoot a golf ball off of a tee at 20ish yards!!! with a 200gr PSWC .45acp with 5.4gr titegroup...this is my load from now on!

When we ran out of golf balls we switched to walnuts with good success as well.

I just got done sorting my brass...too bad Im running low on bullets....gonna hit the richmond show this weekend in hopes of finding some.

    God bless

As alot of you know I found that the 42.7gr load was too hot even though the accuracy was good. I went back to the range today with some tamer loads and found something to work with.

Now that would be an interesting range report to read. Keep us updated.
