    Maybe ?

    The BR55 Service Rifle, also known as the Monkey Wrench, BR, and the Big Boy, is a UNSC Armed Forces infantry battle rifle. It is notable for its powerful three-round burst fire and accurate 2× scope, making it more efficient at farther ranges than the MA5 series assault rifles.Jul 12, 2021

    It is probably a "Bench Rest" rifle if we even knew it was in a rifle caliber. No more than we can get from the pics it could be an unlimited turkey shoot gun. More info and more pics are needed...

    What we have now is like taking a pic of the fuel cap and lic plate and asking us what kind of car it is.

    It is a "sleeved" Remington 700 action, sleeved to provide additional bedding surface. I would be interested if you are selling.

    Just for fun, what do you speculate the caliber to be? .308 or some "exotic" like 6 BR?
    Depending on age,.222,6x47 Rem,6ppc,.22ppc. Normally caliber and neck dia. would be stamped somewhere. Action may be glued in.

    I saw that. I thought it was bedded. I know Highpower, I know nothing about Bench Rest.
    I would say it is glued-the two holes on the side of the stock are the trigger pins-if you need to change or work on the trigger you don't have to "unglue" the action, punch the pins and drop the trigger.

    So, does that look to be professionally 'smithed or bubba work?

    Side note;
    Would love to hear the back story of how the OP came to be owning this specimen, with so little knowledge about it?
