Does anyone remember a few years ago after one of the school shootings when a law student in Bloomington had had enough and shot his law book from off of his apartment building with an AK and they arrested him and made it out like he was Saddam Hussein or something? Really, the only thing he did was violate a city ordinance against discharging a firearms in the city. I suppose they arrested him for Criminal Recklessness with a Deadly Weapon.

I was just wondering how a civil violation that turned into a Death Penalty case in Bloomington ever came out.

FINALLY someone figures out how to make a Real Estate finance book exciting.
