    I will assume you're asking about the difference between the FS 4.25" versions. The Pro Series comes with three-dot night sights, a performance center sear, a match grade barrel, and the fancy script on the slide.

    I don't think I know what a performance center sear is:dunno:. What does it do?

    It's a sear from S&W's Performance Center. I believe it's geometry is slightly different (maybe even polished??) than the stock sear to give the trigger a marginally better pull. Unless you want the 5", I would personally just get the regular and drop in an Apex sear and USB.
