I'm doing TV this weekend. Watched "A Bridge Too Far" earlier and now I'm watching Zulu (again) with Michael Caine, Stanley Baker, Jack Hawkins and Nigel Green. Excellent flick.

    Good gun play.

just read the graphic novel this was based on.......WOW! that is one F'ed up story. neat, but f'ed up. i'm a comic book geek so i got into it, but i can see why fanboys would b***h about it. as they had to change a bunch to make it somewhat understandable. good read, better movie

    oh yeah batman was awesome......

I tried to watch "The Meaning of Life" yesterday.
I quickly remembered why I haven't seen a Monty Python Movie all the way through.

Bordertown on DVD. At least 10 times through the movie I was asking myself, why is everyone but the BGs and police unarmed? Gun control? In Juarez, IMO it would be worth violating law to be armed.

My wife and I just watched the last movie in the "Dirty Harry" box set that my sister-in-law got for us for our anniversary. It was "Dead Pool". I liked all the "Dirty Harry" movies, but the later ones really showed maturity in the story and acting. "Dead Pool" must have been one of Jim Carrey's first acting roles. The last movie we saw at the theater, was "I am Legend". It was ok, but I like the old Charlton Heston original on which "Legend" was based..."Omega Man".
