Using the 69 grain Sierra BTHP in all three cases.... and using a RRA upper/lower with a Kreiger match barrel that has a 1:7 twist.....

23.5 gr of IMR 4064 yielded groups of .500" or smaller at 100 yards

23.5 gr of Hogden H335 yielded groups of .625" or smaller at 100 yards

25 gr of Varget yielded groups of .750" or smaller at 100 yards

Obviously, just my experience..... no guarantees... :)

24.0 grains of TAC,CCI 400's,unfired (New) LC-09 brass un sized other than a very light pass in a sizer die to ensure nice round necks, a taper crimp with a Dillon crimp die and seated for magazine length. I can spit out about 400 or so in a hour or two and is a god accurate load in my 18" Noveske and my 14.5" Colt SOCOM barrels.

Why not 77 grain Noslers for your yotes? They have thin jackets and seem to fragment pretty easy. Good shooting bullet.

The only 69 grain Sierra bullet I know of in 22 cal is not recommended for hunting, only target shooting.

Are you wanting to use the 69gr bullet in the 22-250 too? Its hard to beat a bullets in 52 to 55gr bullet and 35.5 to 38 grains of H380 in that caliber. I can shoot lots of different bullets well if I stick to those two basic parameters. My newest favorite bullet is the 52 grain Hornady A-max boat tail with 38 grains of H380. Quite accurate and it punches a nasty looking hole out of a 2x4 at 100yds. My rifle has a 1 in 14 twist

That is very close to my load of choice with 68gr Hornady HPBT match bullets.

thanks for the comments, think I will try some of this stuff. :)

The loads I posted were the final loads that I arrived at. You do as you wish, but I think it might be prudent for you to back off my loads a bit and work up to 'em. Just because they work safely for me, doesn't mean they will work safely for you. :patriot:

FC cases, CCI#450 primers, 27.0 grains H335, Hornady 55gr. SX, OAL 2.305, 3450fps from a Ruger #1 with a 24 inch heavy barrel. Seated out for better accuracy, very warm load but it's a falling block action. 1 in 14 twist, have to clean barrel out every 40 rounds, fouling will cause bullets to vaporize, cannot use in fast twist barrels, centrifugal force causes them to disappear in a Grey mist. Will not go through a coyote, disgusting slushy sound when hit in boiler room. Absolutely bad news on prairie dogs. One hole groups at 100 yds.
