    Saw these pics on the news yesterday. I wonder if they were bugging out in their vehicle, came across the blocked road, and were forced to hoof it from there.

    If so, it underscores the importance of route planning.

    Life is tough , even tougher when you're stupid . No sympathy here .

    Agreed, especially when the vast majority of such stupidity is based on lack of personal responsibility or, worse yet, the misguided notion that expending any energy at all on thinking about such things is "lame" and just cuts into their "America's Next Top Model" boob tube time.
