What's your favorite firearm and caliber you have shot?

For handguns, the .45 1911 is hard to beat but a Sig P226 in .357 Sig is pretty close. In a long arm, the M1 Carbine tops my list.

At one time a .22 full auto, today my 1903 Colt Hammerless. Long gun a 1895 Model Browning with a full 30” hex barrel in .38-55

I'd say the 10/22. I definitely shoot it the most of anything I own.
The mini 30 too; that is also a very fun gun to shoot.

I've been hooked since the 50 BMG. Now suppressed AR's in any caliber will be my fun until I get my own 50.

Coolest would be the 50 while in the Army. Funnest, probably gotta be my 10 shot 617. I’m also partial to my CZ 527 in 7.62x39

1967 Belgium made MK V .300 Weatherby Magnum. Belonged to my dad until he passed. I took my first deer with it in Colorado in 1969. After I inherited it I took some time experimenting with bedding and loads but, when I got 'er right, she'd shoot one hole at 100yds if you gave the barrel time to cool between strings. Recoil was punishing but those groups made the pain go away. Wish I still had it.

I like single shots.
Got a .50 caliber half stock on the way (consider it "a kit").
It's going to be reworked to shoot .45 minies and round ball and maybe .45 pistol molds.
Already have the sights stashed in the fun box.
This really could be the new favorite.

I had one go with my Uncle’s full-auto Uzi... hard to top that. Too damn bad it got away in the estate sale after he died. If I knew then what I know now, it wouldn’t have.
