    Once you pay the Haz-Mat shipping fee.........is it really on sale?

    That's why I have always bought locally. You may pay a couple of bucks more up front but in the end, it can be cheaper.

    I've only been reloading for just under 5 years and the least I recall seeing primers was $29 per 1k. The most I've paid is $42 but that was during one of the shortages and I was running low.

    Cabela's had some Remingtons yesterday on sale for $31.99/1k (down from $39.99/k) - I bought some, along with some Remington #10 caps I needed. (Might as well only pay one hazmat fee.) They had a shipping sale that took the shipping cost down to $5. Honestly, it wasn't a terrible deal.
