Saddle Up is a no go place.
Well yeah, but what about guns there?
Saddle Up is a no go place.
LOL. It is amazing how few people actually notice.A store owner that I've known for decades told me he would notice if someone was concealing a gun...
I was OCing my S&W model 19 (.357)
His jaw dropped when I pointed it out.
It always amazes me that a Frenchman knows more about Indiana gun laws than many Hoosiers.

You need to make it more obvious.
Went to pick my granddaughter a few months ago at a Carmel Middle School. I walked in, went to the office and while I was waiting for the child I realized I had a 9mm Rohrbaugh in my front pocket. Thank God there were no alarms.
His vision of "knowing who had a gun" was pretty shaken.
I told him everywhere he goes, it's likely someone is armed.
When he asked how long I'd carried a gun in his shop, I told him.. concealed since 1992. Open since 2012 or so.
He told me, he didn't have a problem, but if he's getting robbed, don't shoot the guy, he's probably just hungry.
I don't know if I was successful in NOT rolling my eyes.
Pretty sure there is help for people needing food.
And pretty sure if my gun comes out, it's a matter of life.
So im not sure to the areas that I cannot open carry, I know the normal bars, government buildings, but can I carry in movie theaters? is there a site where I can look up these areas? just want to make sure

The internet is forever.
The internet is forever.
Find the school, find that date, find the child. Good luck!
Two things to look at:
Places forbidden by federal and/or state law (Federal property per 18 USC 930), courthouses, the State Capitol and government center buildings, K-12 schools, licensed day cares, the State Fair, casinos, etc. Carrying here is a felony.
Carry at the State Fair is not a felony or even a crime. It is just a violation of the IAC. Still not a good idea to be seen.

You could point out to her that 1 in 6 Hoosiers has a LTCH.
So, no matter where she goes, with certain exceptions, she is probably near someone carrying.
