get the ace folder regardless as it's the easiest thing in the world to install. Like matt says, anything else requires some serious work. If you do like the fixed stock look, you can mount the ace folder to a fixed stock with a little work. A folding wood stock, though unorthodox, is easier than replacing and riveting in a new rear trunion. That's an older picture of mine above. I'm an ace fan. It locks up solid. I've hear people sometimes have issues with the push button folder, but the ace O.G. works really well. i'll see if i can find a picture of that folding wood stock thing...

Jt, that's an older photo don't worry i still have all the good stuff on it.

    Folding stocks.

    first you'll need:

    for ace style stocks
    FOLDING MECHANISM<b> "STANDARD-MANUAL"</b> FOR SAIGA -AK47 STOCKS

    For M4 style stocks
M4 STOCK FOLDING MECHANISM SAIGA- AK47 <b>AR STYLE

    then get either:

    ACE SKELETON 8.5"

    or
    <B>TROMIX</B> SKELETON STOCK

Or be the first on your block with the new red jacket stock
<B>RJF RED JACKET FIREARMS</B> SKELETON STOCK

Again if you want a fixed wood stock look, i'd still use a folding mechanism since it'd be WAY less work and WAY cheaper. Otherwise you'll have to replace your trunion and rivet in a new one.
