I accidentally trashed his posts (instead of the threads) in my haste, unfortunately leaving the threads he'd started only with everyone elses comments remaining.

It's suppost to jam cell phone and WiFi communications. Trouble is you have to have multiple jammers. 2g,3g, and 4g. And the biggest issue is it's illegal.

sack full of nickels works well, too. of course, you can't stop all signals at once, but after the first couple "blocks", people get the hint.
