I'll post here, email all registered shooters, and hit up our IDPA mailing list.

We'll likely make the call tomorrow evening before people set up the stages - they'd start setup by 5 pm tomorrow.

We are cancelling the match (thereby guaranteeing everyone has sunny weather tomorrow). Every hour from 7 am on tomorrow has over 50% chance of rain or thunderstorms.

We'll include the classifier during next month's match since we missed it this time.
